Tinted Windows: How To Clean Them

Tinted windows no longer exist only in church buildings. They can be found in modern edgy buildings now. They even take control of the ordinary homes!  So, what better time to talk about the proper way to clean them? Many think that cleaning tinted window surfaces doesn’t require special tools. The truth is that tinted windows can easily get damaged. They require special treatment in order to keep the tint fresh for longer. 

The supplies you are going to need are soap, water and a microfiber cloth. Mix the water with some soap and put the mixture into a spray bottle. Spray onto the window surfaces and gently rub with the microfiber cloth. Make sure you start from the top of the window and work your way down. By doing this you will avoid any smudges. Try to avoid direct sunlight. It is preferable to clean the windows in early mornings and late afternoons. The reason is that direct sunlight makes the windows dry too fast and they often end up with smears.

Stay away from abrasive materials! Once a window gets ruined, no scratches can come off of the window and you will need to re-tint it. While newspaper is a good way to clean normal windows, it is not recommended to use it when taking care of tinted ones. The other tools you should avoid are paper towels and scrubby pads. Water with soap and a soft microfiber cloth will do the job perfectly!
